It's Here!

After a long, white winter on the beautiful North Idaho ski slopes, spring has finally arrived for real. Hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts paraded down Sherman Avenue in Coeur d'Alene on the first Saturday of May to promote motorcycle awareness.
We're rolling out the red carpet for summertime visitors, let us know what your plans are for seeing the sights and taking in the great outdoors!

We have three more months of outdoor fun, from skiing to snowshoing to snowboarding and snowmobiling. Even the ice fishing fans are gearing up for the season. The Tourist Train

The summer tourist train has left the station. Visitors have returned home, and in a few short weeks another train of visitors will arrive to take advantage of the fall and winter outdoor recreation that North Idaho has to offer. We invite you to share what you loved about your visit this summer or what you plan to see and do once the mountains are covered in snow for skiing and snowmobiling and the lakes have frozen for ice fishing and skating.
Your input will make The Guide to North Idaho and FYInorthidaho.com even bigger and better in 2008.
Y'all come back now...
